Every product is handmade and unique (except cards).  Prodtruding shells, rocks, seaglass or other natural materials may come dislodged during the shipping and handling process.  Additionally, There are some products which  cannot be mailed due to their fragility.

If you receive a piece that is damaged in transit, Please contact me at patricia.j.scott@gmail.com and I will repair or replace.
